Word on the street is that in December last year Chyna was face timing Rob's friends and was playing around with Rob's gun. The former stripper then aimed the gun at the camera and told Rob's friends "not to mess around." She was also allegedly high.
A few hours later Chyna apparently STRANGLED Rob with a PHONE CHARGER! The mess! I know Chyna is from the hood but a damn phone charger? We see you Robert! Rob claims that once he managed to get free Chyna kept repeatedly hitting him on the head and he has injuries on his neck.
It doesn't stop there. After she was done hitting Rob, Chyna apparently trashed his home - which he was renting from his little sister Kylie. The streets are saying that there was $100,000 worth of damages. I can't even! Apparently this rampage is what caused Chyna to move out of the house, which Rob showed on snapchat!
Rob is suing for assault and Kylie is suing because her property was damaged.
THAT IS A LOT! First of all, this mess happened in December so if Rob and Kylie wanted to pursue any legal action they should of done it months ago. Secondly, Chyna had to remove her charges of domestic violence against Rob in order to receive child support, so I don't think it's fair that Rob gets to sue Chyna!
The funniest part is that Rob is alleging that Chyna only got pregnant as a "deliberate action to cash in on the Kardashians’ fame.” Well yeah, that was the point! EVERYBODY could see that except Rob!
