Why Brandi Glanville Needs To Make Her RHOBH Return
The time has come for Brandi Glanville to reclaim her rightful title as the resident villain on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. When Brandi first came onto the scene she was the fun, relatable girl with a cheating D-list ex husband and a big mouth which led to best selling books and a successful podcast. Then season five rolled around and Brandi crashed and burned in the process by throwing wine in Eileen Davidson's face, getting physical with Kyle Richards and slapping Lisa Vanderpump. Now if you ask me, those are grounds for a raise in the Housewives world, but obviously Bravo saw it a different way.
Ever since the hot headed diva left the franchise, Beverly Hills has sucked, let's be honest. Lisa Rinna voluntary filled the villain spot for seasons six and seven but tapped out after she was blamed for everything, even though she was the only one driving the plot. The munchausen drama was tired and her never-ending feud with Kim was juicy to watch, but the show became boring when the majority of the cast stopped pulling their weight. After Lisa Rinna relinquished her role as the villain this season has made me want to put a fork in my eye. For a whole season these girls have fought about being late, glassware and who is the better friend of Lisa Vanderpump, this is NOT want anyone want to see.
Brandi knows what to say to provide some drama and she's okay with being the asshole if it means she can get a check to feed her two kids. After her stint on Celebrity Big Brother where she got a message from Andy Cohen wishing her well, it's time for her to pick up that diamond and create some epic moments to make this show great again. Brandi made up with Lisa Rinna and filmed Sharknado with Erika Jayne, so she already has "relationships" on the show, and if even if she didn't - who cares? She's not there to make friends.
LVP and Kyle have basically been sleeping since Brandi left and haven't been challenged or had their feathers ruffled. Brandi Glanville is the only person who could come back and get those two bitches back in the fray. Even though all the Housewives claim they have "no say over casting" we all know that the two OGs have a massive pull over production and would probably threaten to leave if Brandi returned, but they won't have a show to be on if it continues the way it is going. Jennifer Lawrence even said she'd bring Brandi back and we know that Andy listens to her!
Aside from the fact that she goods TV, Brandi is ready to come back. She's stated in countless interviews that she wants to return to shake things up and call everyone out on their bullshit which is what we what. Brandi's messy ways would push everyone into the drama and force them to earn their check, which they haven't been doing for the past three seasons.
Please Bravo gods hear my prayer and bring Brandi Glanville back to RHOBH, for the sake of your network. This season has been one of the most draining of any franchise and the ratings are definitely reflecting that. We all saw that midseason trailer and it does not look like season eight with be picking up anytime soon. We need Brandi's shady antics more than ever and not just in a part time position, we need her holding a diamond and serving with an iconic tagline. Seeing her on CBB just reminded everyone of how she was born to be on reality TV.
