Ramona Singer Hijacked RHONY Premiere To Promote Skincare Line

Is this a surprise?

Every year The Real Housewives of New York City throw their own premiere party for the new season, however, for the eleventh season premiere this week things were a little different.

According to Page Six, Ramona Singer took over the group event making it all about herself and her skincare line. Is this not the most Ramona thing ever?

Apparently every year the ladies throw it as a cast and submit their own guests lists, however, this year Ramona took charge sending out her own invites and telling her costars they could only invite a "handful" of people. Sources told the outlet:

“That party is for coming together to celebrate a successful season with the other women and all the people — the stylists, the interns, the assistants, the people who loan them clothes, the dog groomer — who support them. She hijacked the whole thing and totally killed the spirit of it... The biggest word on the invitation was ‘Ageless’ [Singers’s skincare brand] and the next biggest words were ‘Ramona Singer."

Sonja Morgan and Dorinda Medley were apparently so pissed off about the situation they didn't even bother to attend, Bethenny Frankel wasn't present either, however, she never attends the premieres so that's no surprise, which leaves only Luann de Lesseps and Tinsley Mortimer as the Housewives in attendance, although sources say Lu only stayed five minutes for photos.

The inside also dished to Page Six:

“It’s not about not supporting Ramona and her business. They’re proud of Ramona and they’re proud of all of the cast. But there’s a time and a place. They decided not to go because they would have been wet blankets and they wouldn’t have enjoyed it.”

To add to the weirdness of the event, there was apparently also a sitdown dinner during the premiere, however, not everyone that was invited to the party was also invited to the dinner. What the fuck Ramona? If Jill Zarin was still running the ship none of this would've happened.
