Andy Cohen Reacts To Lisa Vanderpump Skipping Reunion & Quitting RHOBH
The Bravo Boss is finally speaking out.
Following Lisa Vanderpump officially quitting The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and skipping the season nine reunion, Andy Cohen addressed both situations on his radio show Andy Cohen Live and it's fair to say he wasn't too happy with LVP's absence on the biggest day of the Housewives year.
When asked how he felt he said he'd refer everyone to what LVP said when Adrienne Maloof missed the season three reunion. In case you haven't been keeping up for that long, at that time Lisa believed Adrienne should've attended because, in her words, if you sign up for a reality show you have to be willing to show your secrets and not run away once they are revealed.
Well isn't that the pot calling the kettle black. Andy continued to talk about how he wishes she would've attended and how the show will move forward without her being apart of it:
“I will refer you to what LVP said about Adrienne not showing up in the Season 3 reunion. I mean, LVP was spot on and that’s kind of all I can say about that. I wish she had been there. What can I tell you? I really wish she would have been there and I think she would’ve done great and I hope and I think she actually could’ve left with some resolution. And as for LVP leaving the show, no one will ever replace her. I gotta tell you. And no one can replace her.”
Even though she won't be a Beverly Hills Housewife anymore, Andy said her continuing to appear on Vanderpump Rules will mitigate the loss of her no longer holding a diamond:
“She is iconic and I am so glad that we will continue to see more of Lisa in all of her glory on 'Vanderpump Rules'. I mean, I guess that’s what mitigates the loss of her from ‘Beverly Hills. She will always be the Queen of Diamonds in the Bravo universe and as for ‘The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,’ listen, the show will go on … the door will always be open to Lisa as it is when people leave the show.”
He also addressed rumours of Kathy Hilton joining the show after his friend posted a picture of the two together claiming she was coming onboard for the tenth season.
Apparently Kathy ran into Andy while they were both eating in a restaurant but there is no active conversations about her joining the show:
“Kathy was like, ‘Oh, we’ve got to take a pic. It’s hilarious that we are running into each other.’ So Bruce takes a picture of us and I get in the car, I look on Instagram and there’s Bruce’s post that says, ‘Sign on the dotted line. You are a true diamond.’ I go, ‘Bruce, do you realise what you are going to do right now in Housewives nation?'”

So LVP is out and Kathy isn't in either.
In my opinion for the show's tenth season we need Brandi Glanville to come back holding a diamond, add another big name like Denise Richards to draw in the viewers and bring back Adrienne, Taylor Armstrong, Camille Grammer, Kim Richards, Eileen Davidson and the other past Housewives in guest appearances to celebrate the show having ten years on the air, in the absence of LVP.
