RHONJ Season 9 Tea: Teresa Giudice & Melissa Gorga Feuding On Oklahoma Trip
Looks like we may be in for another boring season!
It seems like the producers of The Real Housewives of New Jersey either have a low budget or are trying to mix it up because the ladies recently went on their first cast trip of the season to Oklahoma.
As we previously reported, Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga, Dolores Catania and Margaret Josephs are all returning as full time Housewives for the ninth season and were all present on trip.
The group's resident Prostitution Whore, Danielle Staub, wasn't invited to Oklahoma because she is allegedly on thin ice with the network. The producers are said to be hesitant on offering her a full time spot due to her criminal past and thirst to be on television. Due to her not going on the trip, I think it is safe to say that she will back as a "friend" again, however her wedding will a major plot point this season.
Two other ladies, Jackie Goldschneider and Jennifer Aydin also went on the trip with the ladies and are expected to appear on the show in some capacity, however All About The Tea is reporting that they failed to bring any drama and didn't connect with the cast. Sources said:
“Jennifer is a show-off who constantly brags about money, and Jackie is a bore, who offers nothing.”
According to the same source, a producer constantly had to remind the ladies that the show is on it's last leg and if they don't deliver this season then it will most likely be cancelled. I guess that season nine is Bravo giving them one final chance to redeem themselves, which I don't know that they can.
Although the trip was said to be boring, Teresa and Melissa allegedly had a massive blow out in order to spice up the stale vacation. Apparently Tre was mad at her sister-in-law and her brother because they aren't taking care of her father. It sounds like once the table flipper turned felon came at Melissa things got crazier from there:
“Papa Gorga lives with Teresa, and she feels that all of the responsibility has fallen on her shoulders. She called Melissa selfish, and Melissa slammed Teresa back, for making her elderly father drive her daughters around all day. Melissa also blasted Teresa for never being at home with her kids.”
DAMN! Those two have been thick as thieves (literally) for the last two seasons, so this new beef could possibly force them to revert back to their old feuding ways. That would definitely get the ball rolling for an epic season.
There's no word yet on who is beefing with who, but I'm sure that some fights will ensue because if they don't the whole franchise may be getting pink slips. If only they had brought Caroline Manzo & Jacqueline Laurita back.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey is expected to return later this year.
